    Riley Arnemann, MS, RMFTI

Registered Marriage & Family Therapist Intern

Are you struggling in your relationship with your partner or family member? Is there never a resolution to the conflict? Does the conflict leave you feeling alone, sad, depressed, anxious, and stressed? Are you suffering from trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, life transition, or addiction? I can help you deepen your relational bonds with the people that you love most, whether it be your partner or child or parent. In individual therapy, together we can explore trauma, attachment injuries, solutions to life transition, coping skills and the underlying causes of your addiction, depression, or anxiety.

I have experience in treating high conflict, infidelity/betrayals, trauma, parenting, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and addiction. I use an evidenced based treatment, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Attachment Theory. Research shows that EFT moves 70-75% of clients from distress to recovery.

Finding the right therapist can be challenging and overwhelming. Some questions that might come up are: Will they be able to help me? Are they going to understand me? Is it worth my time and money? I want to help answer these questions for you in a free consultation call. In this call you can learn more about me and ask questions.

It’s important to find a therapist that’s a good fit.

In addition to the skills of the therapist, an important factor that determines the success or failure of therapy is your therapeutic relationship with the therapist. If you do not feel safe, seen, heard, or understood by your therapist, then it is difficult to be vulnerable and make any progress. This is why I want you to be able to connect with me before you commit to therapy. In this consultation you have the freedom to ask me any questions about therapy. For example, what is your style or do you have experience in this or how do you plan on handling my/our problem? Etc. The hope is that after this conversation you will be able to determine if I am a good fit for you and your needs. Click below to schedule your free consultation.
